Washington University in St. Louis/Barnes-Jewish Hospital is a busy, urban hospital with ED volume ~120K/year. Here you will find ample opportunity to learn ultrasound with hands-on training. We are fortunate to be in an environment that is based on good relations not only within the Emergency Department, but among many other specialties. This allows us to have diverse training in all aspects of Emergency Ultrasound
Candidates: Candidates for the Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Fellowship should be from an ACGME accredited Emergency Medicine residency.
In addition, we are looking for candidates who are:
- highly motivated to learn and teach
- interested in becoming a leader in the field of Emergency Ultrasound
- passionate about their job
