ACCM (Anesthesia) Program


Keith Azevedo
Dr. Keith Azevedo joins the joins the EM Multidisciplinary Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program in his first year of the two year tract. Dr. Azevedo completed an emergency medicine residency at University of New Mexico. He is a graduate of University of Massachusetts Medical School.


Julianne Dean
Dr. Julianne Dean joins the joins the EM Multidisciplinary Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program in her 2nd year of the two year tract. Dr. Dean completed an emergency medicine residency at Washington University School of Medicine. She is a graduate of Midwestern University.


Matthew Greer
Dr. Matthew Greer joins the joins the EM Multidisciplinary Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program in his first year of the two year tract. Dr. Greer completed an emergency medicine residency at Kern Medical Center. He is a graduate of Ross University School of Medicine.


Thomas Lynch
Dr. Thomas Lynch joins the joins the EM Multidisciplinary Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program in his first year of the two year tract. Dr. Lynch completed an emergency medicine residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. He is a graduate of St. George’s University.


Ann Tsung
Dr. Ann Tsung joins the EM Multidisciplinary Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program in her 2nd year of the two year tract. Dr. Tsung completed an emergency medicine residency at University of Florida, Shands Hospital in Gainesville. She is a graduate of University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio.


Aimee Wendelsdorf
Dr. Aimee Wendelsdorf the joins the EM Multidisciplinary Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program in her 2nd year of the two year tract. Dr. Wendelsdorf completed an emergency medicine residency at University of New Mexico. She is a graduate of Texas Tech Health Science Center.


CCM (Medicine) program


David Page
Dr. David Page joins the EM/CCM Multidisciplinary Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program (Medicine) in his first year of the two-year track after completion of an emergency medicine residency at University of Alabama. He is a graduate of Florida State University College of Medicine.


Kate Pollard
Dr. Kate Pollard joins the EM/CCM Multidisciplinary Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program (Medicine) in her first year of the two-year track after completion of an emergency medicine residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. he is a graduate of Ohio State University College of Medicine.
