Global Medicine Fellowship Overview

EM/CC is one of the newest and fastest growing Fellowships accessible to Emergency Medicine trained residents. Washington University has created a broad, multi-disciplinary, comprehensive critical care program to produce well-rounded Intensivists, capable of treating the critically ill and injured patient with any variety of pathophysiology. The Divisions of Critical Care within the Departments of Internal Medicine, Anesthesiology, and Surgery all support this program.

Welcome Statement:

Critical Care Medicine (CCM) is a rapidly growing subspecialty opening to trainees of Emergency Medicine Residency programs. Our multi-disciplinary fellowship program offers a comprehensive critical care experience with the goal of training future leaders in the discipline of Critical Care. Please explore our website and its resources; obviously we are biased, but we feel as if we have the best Critical Care fellowship training program in the country.
